Emma J. Days

Emma J. Days has a strong legal background, with experience working in various capacities. Emma J. most recently served as the Director of Corporate Counsel at Mersana Therapeutics starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at Nearmap, where they served as the Associate General Counsel for North America from June 2022 to March 2023, and as Legal Counsel from October 2021 to June 2022. Emma also worked at Ropes & Gray LLP for six years, from April 2015 to October 2021, as an Attorney in the Office of the General Counsel. Emma J. started their legal career as a Legal Assistant to the General Counsel at Karmaloop from June 2012 to April 2015. Emma gained additional experience as a Law Clerk at Liberty Mutual Insurance from June 2013 to May 2014, and as a Legal Intern at Proskauer Rose LLP from November 2013 to February 2014.

Emma J. Days completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration from Boston University in 2010. Emma J. then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Suffolk University Law School, completing it in 2014. In 2012, they obtained a certification for completing forty hours of mediation training from MWI in accordance with M.G.L. ch.233 § 23C.
