Claudio Clemente

Claudio Clemente has over three decades of experience in management and strategic roles within the electrical and automotive industries, particularly in renewable energies. Currently serving as Site Director at Mersen since January 2007, Claudio has held positions of Operations Manager and General Manager, overseeing general management functions including sales, accounting, human resources, production, and quality. Previously, from February 1991 to December 2006, Claudio worked at Mersen Do Brasil Ltda as a Product Manager, focusing on strategy, implementation, customer development, and new products, while gaining diverse experience in maintenance, sales, and production. Claudio's educational background includes a program at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2016, as well as degrees in Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma from Rutgers University, Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and Electrical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Sao Paulo.
