Kenneth Crosley

Kenneth Crosley has a diverse work experience in presales engineering roles. Kenneth currently works at Mersive Technologies as a Presales Engineer since November 2019, providing support to sales executives in understanding client challenges and needs. Before that, they worked at Extreme Networks as a Presales Engineer from February 2017 to November 2019, where they designed high availability LAN/WAN networks and represented the company at various events. Prior to that, they were a Presales Engineer at Ascom Wireless Solutions from October 2014 to February 2017, conducting site surveys and providing technical support. Kenneth began their career at Verizon Enterprise Solutions as a Managed Services Business Consultant from January 2008 to July 2014, where they delivered consulting services and designed network solutions.

Kenneth Crosley's education history begins in 1982, when they enrolled at St. Petersburg College. Kenneth pursued coursework as an Emergency Medical Technician, completing their Associate's Degree in this field in 1984. Following this, in 1985, Kenneth attended the University of South Florida, where they engaged in coursework related to Mechanical Engineering, though they did not obtain a degree in this subject.

In addition to their educational background, Kenneth Crosley has obtained several certifications in the field of technology and information security. In 2004, they became a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) through ISC. Subsequently, in 2014, they achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco. Finally, in 2015, Kenneth obtained the Certified Wireless Network Administrator and Certified Wireless Security Professional certifications from CWNP.
