Lydia Snyder

Director, Health Plan Partnerships at Meru Health

Lydia Snyder has a strong background in health plan partnerships and implementation management. Lydia is currently working as the Director of Health Plan Partnerships at Meru Health. Prior to this, they owned their own business called Peak Longevity, LLC. Lydia has also held senior roles at Big Health and Vim, where they focused on commercial partnerships and customer success in the health plan sector. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Castlight Health, where they served as the Director of Professional Services for major accounts and played a key role in launching Anthem Blue Cross' primary technology solution. Lydia's expertise also extends to training and development, as seen during their time at True Health, where they created and implemented national training programs for physicians and developed a web-based application for health management. Lydia began their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Florida.

Lydia Snyder holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a specialization in Dietetics from the University of Florida. Lydia also earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in Food Science and Human Nutrition, with a minor in Leadership, from the same institution. Lydia has additional certifications as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher from Yoga Alliance and as a Registered Dietitian from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, obtained in 2021 and 2010 respectively.
