Dan McClintock

Dan McClintock is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology management and consulting. Serving as the President and Principal Consultant at Acquired Experience since March 2024, Dan specializes in supporting small and medium-sized businesses through mergers and acquisitions. Current roles also include Chief Information Officer and acting Chief Information Security Officer at The Meruelo Group, enhancing strategic consulting and business support services across multiple industries. Previously, Dan held senior leadership positions at thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions as Senior Vice President and Head of Information Technology Management for the Americas, and at URS Corporation as Director of Information Technology. Additional experience includes consulting for Intergraph and technical roles at KBR and Stewart & Stevenson. Dan began a career in the U.S. Coast Guard, focusing on pay and personnel administration, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston.
