Olli Laine

Olli Laine is a Lead Electrical Engineer at Merus Power since May 2023, specializing in the design of Energy Storage Systems and connections to high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) networks, as well as serving in a sales support role. Prior experience includes serving as an Electrical Design Engineer at Caverion Industria for a brief period in early 2023 and as an Application Engineer at Eaton from April 2020 to February 2023, focused on pre-sales design and technical support for 3-phase UPS systems and Energy Aware. Olli contributed to Caruna in various capacities from May 2018 to April 2020 for a master thesis project and a measurement service assistant role. Earlier work experience includes a summer position at Posti Group Oyj as a postman and a summer trainee role at Nokia Siemens Networks in 2012. Olli holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from LUT University, completed in 2020.
