Shekeab Jauhari

Shekeab Jauhari has extensive experience in the field of drug development and medical research. Shekeab currently holds the position of Medical Director at Merus N.V., a role they took on in August 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Advisor at Biobuddy starting from May 2022.

Before entering the industry, Shekeab held the positions of Associate Director of Drug Development at both Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute and Sarah Cannon Research Institute from October 2019 to July 2022. Through these roles, they gained valuable expertise in drug development and played a crucial role in advancing cancer research.

Shekeab Jauhari has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from The Johns Hopkins University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they studied at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. Shekeab then pursued a Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2016. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, they completed a Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Duke University.
