Bartosz Orlik has a comprehensive work experience that spans several companies and roles. Bartosz began their career at CYFROWY POLSAT in 2012 as a Customer Service Consultant, where they worked until 2013. Bartosz then joined PLAY as a Customer Service Consultant and stayed with the company until 2015. Next, they worked at TK Maxx as a Sales Associate from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined PLAY again, this time as a Sales Consultant, and stayed until 2017.

In 2017, Bartosz joined Allegro.pl, a popular e-commerce platform, where they started as a Junior Partner Support Specialist and later progressed to become a Partner Support Specialist.
