Edyta Stocka

Edyta Stocka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Edyta'smost recent position was as the Head of People Experience & Development at merXu, starting in February 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at Syncron from 2019 to 2022. Edyta served as the Director of Employee Excellence for the EMEA region from January 2022 to January 2022, and before that, they held the same role but specific to Poland from August 2019 to December 2021.

From 2015 to 2019, Edyta worked at Gemius, where they held various HR positions. Edyta was the Head of People Operations from November 2018 to July 2019, an HR Manager from May 2016 to October 2018, and an HR Specialist from December 2015 to April 2016.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Copers International Search as a Junior Consultant from October 2013 to November 2015, a Senior Researcher from September 2012 to September 2013, and a Researcher from August 2011 to August 2012.

Edyta also had internship experiences at the Ministry of the Treasury in 2010, the Carimir Pulaski Foundation in 2009, and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Bucharest in 2009.

Finally, Edyta had a volunteer role at the Municipal Council: The Office of Promotion and European Integration in June 2006.

Edyta Stocka has a diverse education history. Edyta started their educational journey at the University of Warsaw in 2006 and completed their Master's Degree in Political Science in 2011. During this same period, they also obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw.

In 2012 and 2013, Edyta pursued postgraduate studies at Kozminski University, focusing on HR Business Partner. This provided their with additional knowledge and skills in the field.

Furthermore, in November 2016, Edyta obtained a certification as an ISO 27001 Internal Auditor from IKMJ - Instytut Kształcenia Menadżerów Jakości.

Overall, Edyta Stocka has continuously expanded their education and obtained qualifications in Political Science, International Relations, HR Business Partner, and ISO 27001 Internal Auditing.
