Jan Kroh

Jan Kroh possesses extensive experience in team leadership and telesales management across multiple companies. As the Head of Telesales at merXu since January 2022, Jan is responsible for building and expanding the telesales team and overseeing team development. Previously, as Telesales and Collection Manager at Emma's Credit, Jan managed the collection department and set KPIs. At Fair Credit International, Jan held the position of Customer Care and Collection Manager, overseeing multiple departments and managing a new call center project. Jan's career began at Hello bank! ČR, where Jan spent over 15 years in various roles, including Collection Manager, managing diverse teams and collaborating with other units within the company.
