Diana H Romero, PhD has a comprehensive background in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Diana H began their career at Ferring Pharmaceuticals as a Medical Scientific Manager from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they joined Allergan as a Senior Medical Scientific Manager, where they worked from 2007 to 2014.

In 2014, Diana joined KYTHERA Biopharmaceuticals as a Senior Medical Science Liaison before being promoted to Director role in 2015. Diana H managed a team of 9 Medical Science Liaisons and assisted in the development of various standard operating procedures and policies.

In 2016, Diana joined Allergan once again, this time as the Director of the Facial Aesthetics West Medical Science Liaison team. Diana H successfully managed a team of 6 MSLs and provided guidance and mentorship to ensure compliance and achievement of team metrics.

In 2017, Diana joined Stratpharma as the Executive Medical Director. Diana H played a crucial role in the development and implementation of scientific strategies for new company and product launches in the USA. Diana H collaborated directly with the Chief Medical Officer and European counterpart to establish clinical plans for wound healing and scar management in the facial aesthetics and oncology fields. Diana H also oversaw all aspects of clinical trials, from site selection to data analysis and dissemination of results.

Finally, Diana joined Merz Aesthetics in 2018, starting as the Director of Professional and Industry Relations. After a year, they were promoted to Senior Medical Director - US Aesthetics, Medical Affairs before finally assuming their current role as the Vice President and Region Head of Medical Affairs in March 2020.
