Michael Sours is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Merz North America since January 2015, Michael has previously held significant roles, including Workcell Manager at Jabil, where responsibilities included developing customer strategies and driving continuous improvement. Michael also held leadership positions at Intertech, Geometric Technologies, Aero Tech, and Heraeus, contributing to operational efficiency, technical support, and customer satisfaction.
