Led by the Chief Operating Officer and involving key roles such as the Head of Technical Operations, Senior Director Supply & Customer Operations, Head of Quality Assurance, and Order Management Coordinator Int., this team ensures that high-quality standards are met, effective supply chain processes are maintained, and customer orders are efficiently managed to support the company's commitment to health and wellbeing.
