Cathy Elsasser

Cathy Elsasser has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Cathy currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Mesa Airlines, Inc. starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at MD Helicopters from 2015 to 2023. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Human Resources Consultant at EXOS. Before that, they worked at Clearwater Paper Corporation in the role of Director Human Resources, Consumer Products Division from 2013 to 2014. From 2004 to 2013, they held the position of Global Human Resources Director at Honeywell. Cathy also worked as the Director of Human Resources Manufacturing at Tiffany from 2002 to 2004, and as a Compensation Consultant and Human Resource Manager at Corning from 1996 to 2002.

Cathy Elsasser has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Human Resources Management and Organization Design from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management. Cathy also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Fordham University, and a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from St. John's University School of Law. In addition, they have obtained a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification in May 2004.
