Tom Mahoney

Tom Mahoney has a diverse work history spanning over a decade. Tom began their career at DGH Recruitment in 2010 as an IT Development & Testing Specialist Resourcer. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Search Consultant at Flex Associates before taking a career break and traveling in 2012. Tom then returned to Flex Associates as a Senior Search Consultant from 2013 to 2014. Following this, they joined OCSL in 2014 as a Resource Team Leader, where they focused on delivering services in Integration and Assurance, Transformational, and Operational areas. In 2018, Tom joined Equal Experts as a People Manager (DevOps), and later took on roles as Staffing Manager and People Lead. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Staffing Director at Mesh-AI, a data and AI consultancy backed by Columbia Capital with a focus on transforming enterprises into data-driven and AI-enabled organizations.

Tom Mahoney attended BHASVIC from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Law, Economics, and Classical Civilisations. Prior to that, they attended Kings Manor Community College from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained their GCSE's. In terms of additional certifications, Tom obtained the Prince2 Foundation certification from APMG International in November 2016, and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2022.
