Erica Cohen began their career in 2017 as a Group Lead at Young Judaea, where they were responsible for preparing and teaching curriculum for classes on life-skills, managing the participants' mental and physical welfare, and managing trip logistics, ordering materials from suppliers, and managing the activity budget. In 2021, they began working at Mesh Payments as a Customer Solutions Specialist and Customer Support Representative. In this role, they were responsible for reacting to customers in real-time while working with various internal teams to solve problems, creating and distributing updates for the existing customer base, explaining and simplifying new features relevant to their business needs, and updating back-office features and catalog for the CS team.
Erica Cohen is currently attending Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive and Brain Sciences and Psychology. Erica began their studies in 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2022.
