James "JD" H.

James "JD" H. has a wealth of experience in customer success, operations, and business development. James "JD" began their career in 2010 with the US Army, where they held the roles of Battalion Assistant Logistics Officer, Training and Operation Officer, Battalion Motor Pool Officer, and Platoon Leader. In 2015, they joined All American Chevrolet of Killeen as a Sales Professional, and in 2016 they moved to Enterprise Holdings as a Sales Executive, Assistant Branch Manager, Management Assistant, and Management Trainee. In 2019, they began working at REX as an Associate Director of Customer Success, Associate Manager of Customer Success, and Customer Success Specialist. In 2021, they joined Rex as Director of Operations and Business Development and Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are employed at Mesh Payments as Director of Customer Success.
