Shir Shay has a wealth of experience in customer success and vacation rentals. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Mesh Payments. In 2020, they were a Manager, Customer Success at Ralph Rokah Property Management L.T.D., managing 25+ vacation rentals in Tel Aviv, and supervising the work of the cleaning team for higher performance and better time use. In 2017, they founded their own vacation rental business in Tel Aviv, Shir Shay Vacation Rentals, and within 4 years grew it to 500,000₪ in revenue and achieved Airbnb "super host" status.

Shir Shay completed a Customer Success Manager program at Jolt.io in 2021.
