Ebin Philip

Ebin Philip has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Ebin started their career as an Intern at L V Prasad Eye Institute, where they developed software features for a retinal imaging device. Ebin then worked as a Developer at Google Summer of Code, where they added support for two-wheeled self-balancing robots in autopilot software for Unmanned Ground Vehicles.

After that, Ebin joined NI (National Instruments) as a Software Engineer and later as a Software Engineer 2. At NI, they developed and maintained core C++ libraries for RFmx, a signal measurement software used by RF chipset manufacturers. Ebin also implemented a critical feature to support the 5G standard, resulting in a 30% speed improvement during consecutive measurements.

In 2022, Ebin moved to nurture.farm as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were part of the data platform team. Ebin worked on building a framework for data reconciliation between two sources, reducing instances of mismatch by 60%. Their tech stack included Apache Spark, Hive, S3, and Trino.

Finally, in the same year, Ebin joined Mesh as a Software Development Engineer II.

Ebin Philip completed their undergraduate education at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2014 to 2019. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Additionally, they also obtained a Master of Science (Hons) degree in Physics from the same institute during the same period.
