Paul Meier

Paul Meier is the SVP of Currency Management at Mesirow Financial. Paul has over 15 years of experience in finance and has held various positions at different companies.

Before joining Mesirow Financial, Paul was the Fixposition AG where they were responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the company. Paul then moved on to Hydrosat, a company that provides satellite data and imagery, where they were in charge of the company's finances.

In 2015, Paul joined Brady Corporation as the R&D Finance and Global Risk Manager. Paul was responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the company's Research and Development department as well as managing global risks. Paul left Brady Corporation in 2017 to join Cultivation Capital as an investor.

At Cultivation Capital, Paul was responsible for seed investing, board observing, financial planning and analysis, and M&A services. Paul left Cultivation Capital in 2019 to join ThirdPartyTrust as a board member. ThirdPartyTrust is a cybersecurity software company that was acquired by BitSight in 2022.

Paul Meier attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for their undergraduate degree. Paul then participated in an exchange program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Finally, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
