Senior Vice President Head Of Application Development at Mesirow Financial

Sanjeev Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sanjeev started their career in 1997 at Bharti BT Internet Ltd, where they worked on web development projects. From 2000 to 2001, they were a Senior Systems Analyst at Ampersand infotech, where they designed and coded the Component Plug in Framework. Following that, they worked as a Systems Analyst at Polaris Software Lab from 2001 to 2002, where they were responsible for architecture discussions and implementation strategy.

In 2003, Kumar joined Mphasis BFL as a Project Lead, working on enhancing and migrating credit card sites for JP Morgan Chase. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at UBS Investment Bank, initially as a Senior Java Architect and later as a Lead Architect. Sanjeev'sresponsibilities included managing Java/J2EE projects, design and architecture, and coordinating with offshore teams.

Kumar then joined Mesirow Financial in 2012, where they held various positions including Technical Lead, Vice President of Application Development, and Senior Vice President of Head of Application Development. In these roles, they managed all aspects of the software life cycle for projects related to the Fund of Fund business.

Most recently, Kumar is working at StoneX Group Inc. as the Director of Engineering and Enterprise Architecture since November 2018.

Sanjeev Kumar attended Arwachin Bharti Bhawan Sr. Sec. School from 1991 to 1992, where they pursued their high school education specializing in Physics, Math, Chemistry, and Biology. After that, they studied Computer Science Engineering at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology in India from 1992 to 1996.
