Colby Baum has worked as a Solutions Engineer at MessageDesk since 2022 and as a Marketing and Customer Success Intern since the same year. Prior to that, they were the Business Owner of Colbair Media from 2016.

Colby Baum is currently attending the University of Nevada, Reno, where they are studying International Business & Business Management. Colby began their studies in 2018 and is expected to graduate in 2022.
