Justin Mitchell

Justin Mitchell has a diverse work experience in the field of deliverability and support. Justin started their career as an Aviation Maintenance Administrator in the US Navy from July 2008 to July 2011. Justin then worked as a Data Conversion and Implementation Specialist at Bespoke Software, Inc from November 2015 to November 2018. Following that, they joined Higher Logic as a Support Specialist from November 2018 to June 2019, and later transitioned into the role of Deliverability Specialist from June 2019 to June 2022. After Higher Logic, Justin worked at Acoustic as a Deliverability Analyst from June 2022 to October 2022 before joining MessageGears as a Deliverability Engineer in October 2022, where they currently work.

Justin Mitchell attended the University of Phoenix from 2019 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they studied at Hudson Valley Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.

In addition to their formal education, Justin Mitchell has obtained several certifications. In March 2022, they completed the following certifications: "California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Essential Training" from LinkedIn, "Cybersecurity Foundations" from LinkedIn, "GDPR Compliance: Essential Training" from LinkedIn, "Learning the OWASP Top 10" from LinkedIn, and "The Cybersecurity Threat Landscape" from LinkedIn. Justin also acquired the "Leadership Mindsets" certification from LinkedIn in January 2021.
