Michael Murdza has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michael started their career in 1996 as a Multimedia Developer at Rittenhouse Communications. Michael then worked as a Systems Administrator & Web Developer at Savannah College Art and Design from 1996 to 2001. From 1995 to 2003, they were the Owner/Developer/Chief Mechanic at Lazlo Media Group. Michael later joined IMC - Irvine Marketing Communications as a Web Developer/Director of IT from 2003 to 2005 and then as the Director of IT from 2005 to 2007.

In 2007, Michael joined ExactTarget, a salesforce.com company, where they held several roles including Sr. Solutions Consultant, Manager of Technology and Data Solutions, Principal Solutions Architect & Practice Consultant, and Principal Product Manager of Data Products until 2015. At ExactTarget, they were responsible for managing technical consultants, implementing technology solutions, and providing custom data solutions to clients.

Afterwards, Michael worked at Salesforce as a Sr. Director of Data Products from 2015 to 2018, where they managed the collection of Salesforce Marketing Cloud data products. Michael then moved to Cheetah Digital as the VP of Product Management, Messaging Products from 2018 to 2021, where they led product teams in developing messaging solutions for customer engagement.

From 2021 to 2023, Michael worked at Terminus as the VP of Product Management, Data Products, Core Platform, and UX Design. There, they transformed Terminus' acquisition-specific silos into a unified data platform, enabling targeting, analytics, and a data partner ecosystem.

Currently, they are the Vice President of Product at MessageGears since 2023.

Michael Murdza attended Stockton University from 1990 to 1992, where they studied chemistry. From 1992 to 1996, they attended Mercer County Community College and obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Advertising Design. Michael then enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design and completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Computer Art/Design from 1996 to 1999. Finally, from 1999 to 2000, Michael pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Motion Graphics & Design at Savannah College of Art and Design.
