In parallel, Jeremy serves as a Product Manager at MessageMedia, focusing on messaging integrations for Zoho products following the acquisition of the startup Smooth Messenger, which Jeremy founded in 2018. Additionally, Jeremy holds the position of Director at The CRM Carpenters, a consulting agency specializing in Zoho solutions for for-purpose organizations. Jeremy's prior roles include engineering and advisory positions at Okra Solar and GOFAR, as well as significant experience in full-stack development for Energylink, Learnosity, and Nuanced IT. Jeremy's educational background includes degrees in Environmental Science and Computing Systems, along with public speaking training and entrepreneurship programs.
