Arturo Flores has worked in the telecommunications industry since 2000. Arturo began their career as a Customer Solution Sales Manager at Ericsson, where they sold Messaging over IP (voice mail, SMS and SMS Gateway) GSM Platform for more than 40M subscribers, with a deal value of xxM USD accomplished in 6 months. Arturo then moved to Giesecke & Devrient as a Regional Account Manager Mexico and Central America, where they were responsible for creating the sales group in the Latam region, opening markets and closing deals to initiate Smarttrust presence. In 2013, they joined Globys Inc as Sales Director LATAM, where they were responsible for opening the Latam market sales and initiating selling of the Marketing Analytics system for mobile operators. Arturo then moved to Mobileum as Regional Sales Director, where they sold the first Roaming analytics system deal for more than xxM USD in 6 months with Telcel Mexico. Most recently, they joined Nokia as Senior Account Manager Business Applications Telcel, Telmex, Altán, where they were accountable to define the sales strategy in Mexico, Central-America and Caribbean regions for the solutions that help customer in their digital transformation journey, security, marketing analytics and customer experience. Arturo completed the sell of Customer Experience Management System upgrade in 4 months, to help Telcel Mexico provide the best service experience for their +60M mobile pre-paid subscribers and launch marketing campaigns that generated additional revenue. In 2021, they joined Messangi as an Account Executive.

Arturo Flores obtained a Diploma in Telecommunications from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1997. Between 1983 and 1988, they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, as well as a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
