Thomas Bautista

Thomas Bautista has an extensive work experience in various data-related roles. Thomas currently works at Messari as a Technical Research Analyst, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at Celsius as a Retail Data Analyst from October 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Messari and Celsius, Thomas worked at IBM in different positions. Thomas served as a Data Scientist / Information Architect from May 2021 to October 2021, and prior to that, they held the role of Data Scientist from September 2019 to May 2021. Thomas also gained experience as a Data Scientist Intern from May 2019 to September 2019.

In addition to their time at IBM, Thomas worked at UBDI as a Data Scientist from August 2019 to May 2020. Thomas began their career at Prep Source as a Tutor, starting in April 2017 and concluding in September 2019.

Thomas Bautista began their education at Brentwood High School in Brentwood, TN, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 2012 to 2016. After completing high school, they enrolled in the University of Michigan - School of Information, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information with a focus on Information Analysis from 2016 to 2020.

During their time at the University of Michigan, Thomas also had the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills in the field of Management and Economics of E-Business at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Thomas obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise. Thomas completed the IBM Cloud Private Infrastructure and Architecture certification from IBM in December 2020. Prior to that, in June 2019, they obtained certifications in Data Science Foundations, IBM Blockchain Essentials, and Python for Data Science, all from IBM.
