Eva Klinger has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eva began their career in 1991 as the Büroleitung at Thomas Cook before moving on to become the Geschäftsleiterin at American Express Travel Services from 1994 to 1997. Eva then worked as an Expatriate from 1997 to 2000 and from 2000 to 2003. In 2005, Eva worked as a Sekretärin at Hay Group before joining Messe Frankfurt Venue GmbH in 2006. There, they served as the Fachreferentin Besucherservices and later became the Teamleiterin Service-Hotlines until 2014. From 2014 to 2020, Eva worked at Messe Frankfurt GmbH, where they held the positions of Projektleiterin Business Process Management Inhouse Consulting and Director Sales & Marketing Guest Events.

Eva Klinger received a degree in Hotel Business Administration (Betriebswirtin) with a focus on Hotel Business Administration (Hotel BWL) from HMA Koblenz in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained a degree as a Travel Industry Clerk (Kauffrau) with a specialization in Travel Traffic from Julius-Leber Berufsschule in 1990-1992.
