Kerstin Pfeiffer

Kerstin Pfeiffer has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on international management, learning and development, and organizational development. Since January 2011, Kerstin has held multiple senior roles at Messe Frankfurt GmbH, including Manager HR International and Director Learning & Development. Prior to this, Kerstin worked as a Personalentwicklungsexpertin at Messe Frankfurt GmbH from 2005 to 2010 and gained consulting experience at Strametz & Partner and BBH GmbH. Educated at the University of Mannheim, with additional qualifications in mediation and systemic organizational development, Kerstin is currently pursuing a coaching certification.
