George McMinn

George joined Messer in 2008 upon graduating from the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering with a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering. He has over 13 years of experience leading complex commercial construction for projects such as the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary’s Welcome Pavilion, Old Brownsboro Crossing Medical Office Building, the Bluegrass Community and Technical College Advanced Manufacturing Center, the Bluegrass Airport’s Snow Removal Equipment and Maintenance Facility and Churchill Downs’ Newport Racing and Gaming project. Additional projects include expansions and renovations at Norton Women’s and Children’s Radiology, Norton Children’s Hospital Radiology, Norton Hospital Labor and Delivery, Norton Brownsboro Bed Tower and Norton Audubon Hospital Facility Master Plan Project.

In the community, George serves on the board for Family Scholar House and has previously served on the board at Volunteers of America Mid States.
