Matthew R. Schnelle

VP, Dayton Region at Messer

Matt began his career with Messer in 1998 as a co-op, while studying construction management at the University of Cincinnati. Upon graduating in 2002, Matt was hired on full time as a project manager in the Dayton region. During the past 22 years, Matt has provided leadership across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus regions, including Mount Carmel St. Ann’s, Dayton International Airport, McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital, Alkermes Fill Line 6 Expansion, Boy Scouts Scout Achievement Center and Boy Scouts Cricket Holler Training Center. Matt also served as the account lead for all of our projects at Miami University.

Matt is active in the Dayton community by serving on the boards of The Boys and Girls Club of Dayton, Habitat for Humanity Dayton, and the Ohio Valley Associated Builders and Contractors. Matt is a past board member for Big Brother and Big Sisters of Butler County and a graduate of Leadership Dayton Class of 2019.
