Robert E. Verst Jr.

Rob began his career with Messer in 1987 after co-oping for three years. He graduated with a B.S. in construction management from Northern Kentucky University that same year. Rob also earned an A.S. in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University in 1986. Through his 30 years of construction, he has gained experience in health care, higher education, office buildings, power plants, recreational and commercial facilities, and trade contractor coordination. As Columbus region leader, Rob led an incredible team through many projects, including the recent $325 million The Ohio State University North Residential District Transformation project, a 2016 AGC Build Ohio Award winner. As Senior Vice President of Operations Services, Rob will be responsible for leading the teams who support our Operations builders company-wide including Safety and Craftforce Development.

He serves on the board of directors for The Buckeye Ranch and the executive board of Central Ohio Associated General Contractors (AGC).
