Andy Pratt

Andy Pratt is an experienced attorney with a focus on municipal finance, real estate transactions, and economic development. Currently serving as an attorney at Messerli Kramer, P.A. since April 2024, Andy has held roles including Associate General Counsel at Fourteen Foods and Director of Municipal Finance at RBC Capital Markets. Previously, Andy was an attorney and partner at Best & Flanagan, representing public governments and private institutions, and worked as a municipal, finance, and real estate attorney at Eckberg Lammers, P.C. Additionally, early career positions included roles at Kennedy and Graven and Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick, specializing in municipal bonds and economic development law. Andy began legal training as a law clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals after obtaining a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in Public Affairs & Journalism from the University of Denver.
