Cindy Baublitz

Cindy Baublitz is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in clinical informatics and compliance management. Currently serving as the Clinical Informatics and Compliance Manager at Messiah Village since May 2018, Cindy also holds dual roles as a Float Pool RNAC and Clinical Excellence Nurse at SpiriTrust Lutheran® since September 2013, where responsibilities include quality assurance and regulatory oversight in skilled nursing facilities. Prior experience includes serving as Lead RNAC/Nursing Supervisor/Charge Nurse at Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community from December 1999 to September 2013, and as Charge Nurse at Messiah Village from May 1994 to September 1999. Cindy Baublitz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Science from Messiah University from 1991 to 1995.
