Jonathan Campos-Cruz

Jonathan has been a caregiver for the past eight years and with At Home for the last year and a half. He was born in Puerto Rico and grew up in Maryland and then Pennsylvania. He has many good memories with the clients, but a favorite memory is helping a couple attend their grandson’s graduation in State College. He is grateful he was able to help make this wonderful trip happen.
