Austin J. Gemmell

Austin Gemmell is a member of the firm’s corporate group, where he generally practices in a wide array of transactional deals for individuals and businesses, including lease agreements, corporate restructuring and purchasing agreements, private loan agreements, vendor and employment agreements, and other corporate resolutions. Mr. Gemmell has a particular interest in the hospitality industry, where he regularly assists retailers, restaurants, and similar establishments with their liquor license applications and other permitting, as well as any violations, including representing them at public hearings for the same.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gemmell received his Bachelors of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Northern Arizona University in 2013. During his time in Flagstaff, AZ, Austin volunteered with the Coconino County Public Defender’s Office and received his professional certification as a snowboard instructor.
