Kate A. Bailey

Ms. Bailey is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on the defense of healthcare professionals and entities. In addition to her substantial trial practice, Ms. Bailey has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal court, including taking and defending fact and expert depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions and appellate briefs, leading internal investigations, and negotiating favorable resolutions for her clients. Ms. Bailey also has significant experience representing clients before Colorado’s Division of Regulatory Agencies.

While in law school, Ms. Bailey worked as a judicial intern to Justice Christine Durham of the Utah Supreme Court, an intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah, and as a senior editor on The BYU Law Review.

Outside of the office, Ms. Bailey is a high school mock trial coach and a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado’s Mentor 2.0 program.

Ms. Bailey lives in Denver and is licensed in Colorado and Utah.
