Ziortza Esesumaga is a seasoned consultant and mentor with extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality sectors. Since September 2021, Ziortza has been involved with Culinary Action! as a mentor for innovative businesses, focusing on transversal skills training for employees and job seekers. As the founder of JanExperience since January 2016, Ziortza has successfully guided companies to enhance profitability while adapting to the evolving needs of customers. Additional roles include external trainer for Fondo Formación Euskadi and Cruz Roja Bizkaia, assisting unemployed youth, as well as collaborations with MET Community and Coach and Play to empower women entrepreneurs in Colombia. With a background in team management and consultancy, Ziortza's educational qualifications include multiple coaching certifications and a Master’s degree in Labor Risk Prevention, among others.
