Rafael Aguiar is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) field and quality management. Currently serving as a Senior EMC Engineer at Eurofins E&E North America since October 2020, Rafael previously held significant roles at Dialight, including Warranty Manager for the Americas, where responsibilities included managing warranty claims and providing critical feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams. Earlier positions included roles as a Quality Engineer and Lead Electrical Engineer at Dialight, as well as an Ing. Prueba Electrica at Qualcomm and a Design Engineer at Panasonic. Rafael holds a Master of Science in Optoelectronics from Centro de Investigación Científica y de Educación Superior de Ensenada and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
