Lovisa Göstasson

Lovisa Göstasson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lovisa is currently employed at Meta Bytes since September 2022 as a Content & Communications Manager and previously held the position of Operations and Project Coordinator from November 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at FLSmidth as a Global Project Coordinator from July 2019 to June 2020. Lovisa also gained experience at Nordea as a Junior Business Analyst from September 2018 to April 2019, and at Graduateland as a Client Consultant from September 2017 to April 2018.

Before embarking on their professional career, Lovisa was involved in student organizations. Lovisa worked at SweDen Students from May 2016 to May 2017 as part of the business relations team, organizing events and liaising with companies. Lovisa also had a role at LundaEkonomerna as part of Lund International Week from September 2013 to June 2014.

Lovisa's early work experience includes a job at Swedbank as a Customer Advisor from June 2013 to December 2016, where they focused on customer service and problem-solving. Lovisa also worked as a Restaurant Assistant at Hotel Schweizerhof Engelberg in Switzerland from December 2011 to April 2012.

Following this, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Business, Language and Culture with a specialization in Diversity and Change Management at Copenhagen Business School.
