L Tong is a seasoned strategic advisor and executive with extensive experience in healthcare and human capital sectors. Currently, L Tong serves as Managing Partner and Interim Strategic Growth Executive at Cledor, where responsibilities include advising Fortune 500 enterprises on partnerships, M&A, and organizational transformation. L Tong is also an active member of Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation and serves on the Board of Advisors at Meta-Carbon, focusing on sustainability education initiatives. Previously, L Tong contributed as Entrepreneur in Residence at Optum Startup Studio, directing digital strategy and new ventures at The University of Texas at Austin, and held significant roles at Nielsen and Bain & Company.
