Moshe Voloshin

Moshe Voloshin is a seasoned network engineer currently working at Meta as part of the HPC Systems strategy team since November 2023. Prior to this role, Moshe held various positions at Broadcom from January 2014 to November 2023, including Technical Director, where contributions included the architecture of ROCE NICs for cloud computing, network virtualization, and congestion control technologies. At Cisco, Moshe served as a System Architect and Principal Engineer from 2008 to 2014, focusing on security architecture and developing low latency algorithms for routers and switches. Earlier in Moshe's career at Cisco (2001-2003), management responsibilities included leading ASIC development for high-end service provider routers.
