Tom Pfleider is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in surgical navigation. As the Founder, President, and CEO of META Dynamic, Inc. since 2002, Tom Pfleider specializes in providing surgical navigation and tech support for cranial, spine, and sinus procedures, as well as servicing Stealth and BrainLAB navigation systems for hospitals. Additionally, Tom Pfleider established Surgl Cal, Inc. in 1985, an independent representative organization focused on neurosurgery and spine. Academically, Tom Pfleider holds an MBA in Management and Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
