Alec Weisman has extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, with a focus on preconstruction and project management roles at DPR Construction from May 2015 to December 2015, managing projects in healthcare, life science, and mission-critical sectors. Following this, Alec served in various capacities, including Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager, on diverse projects ranging from ground-up construction to tenant improvement. In leadership roles, Alec worked as Director of Development Mobility Projects at Prologis from June 2024 to March 2025, and as Lead Solutions Engineer for Fleet Charging at Rivian from August 2021 to May 2022. Additionally, Alec has a background in research as a USRP Science Directorate Research Intern at NASA and hands-on experience as a Shop Technician at Baldwin Wallace University. Currently, Alec is a Program Manager for Infrastructure Data Centers at Meta since April 2025. Alec holds a Master's Degree in Engineering and Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, magna cum laude, from Baldwin Wallace University.
