Alexandra Uriarte

Alexandra Uriarte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public policy, digital transformation, and operational strategy. Currently serving as a Manager in Public Policy at Meta since April 2025, Alexandra advises on AI, digital ads, and monetization initiatives and supports executive leadership with special projects. Previously, at Carrier from May 2020 to October 2024, Alexandra held multiple roles, including Associate Director for Global Digital Operational Strategy & Transformation, where process optimization and workforce alignment were key focuses. Prior to Carrier, Alexandra worked at Visa as Director of Agile and Digital Transformation for Latin America & Caribbean, enhancing collaboration and compliance alignment. Earlier career highlights include consultancy and training roles at Scrum Inc. and legislative support to Congresswoman Maxine Waters in the U.S. House of Representatives, supplemented by a Master of Liberal Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harvard University.
