Andrew W. Houston

Andrew W. Houston has served as a member of the board of directors since February 2020. Mr. Houston has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of Dropbox, Inc., a global collaboration platform, since June 2007. Mr. Houston holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
