Ankita Bihani

Ankita Bihani is an experienced engineering manager currently employed at Meta since August 2018, with a focus on backend delivery systems for platforms such as Facebook NewsFeed, Facebook Stories, and WhatsApp Business. Prior to this, Ankita worked as a graduate research assistant at Stanford University, where significant contributions included developing systems for automatic credit apportioning and FAQ generation. Ankita also held leadership roles as a mentor for Girls Teaching Girls To Code, as well as an area director at Toastmasters International. Additional experience includes software engineering and internships at Cisco and Illumio, with a solid academic foundation consisting of a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology.
