Aygün Aydin

Aygün Aydin is an accomplished Engineering Leader currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Meta since April 2021, focusing on user data detection and privacy in a vast data environment. Prior to this role, Aygün held the position of Chief Technology Officer at fable+ until its acquisition by Accenture, where innovative digital business solutions were developed. Aygün’s extensive experience at Turkcell from 2006 to 2018 included roles such as Head of Engineering for Digital Services and Software Engineering Manager for Terminal & Data Services, overseeing engineering teams and driving the development and maintenance of services used by millions. Aygün's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Doğuş University and advanced studies at Boğaziçi University and Harvard Business School, encompassing software engineering, electronics, and digital marketing.
