Bryan Sharkey

Bryan Sharkey currently serves as the Vice President of Workforce Planning & Analytics at Meta, where responsibilities include leading workforce strategy, analytics, and talent development across the organization. Prior to this role, Bryan served as Senior Director of Workforce Planning, Analytics, & Projects at Southwest Airlines, managing workforce strategies, labor analysis, and organizational design. Additionally, Bryan held the position of Director of Workforce Planning & Analytics, overseeing operations with significant labor and capital expenses and a workforce of 22,000 employees. Earlier in Bryan's career, operational functions were managed as Station Manager at Southwest Airlines and courses were taught as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Community College of Allegheny County. Bryan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the Florida Institute of Technology.
