Brynn Harrington

Brynn Harrington is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people strategy and organizational development. Most recently, Brynn served as Vice President of People Strategy & Experience at Meta from August 2019 to June 2023, focusing on people analytics and employer branding. Prior roles include Vice President of People Experience at Meta, and various leadership positions at Facebook. Brynn founded Brynn Harrington Consulting, offering strategic consulting services to prominent clients such as AT&T and Walmart, and has previously worked with Saatchi & Saatchi to enhance sustainability engagement within Fortune 500 companies. Brynn holds an MS in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
